Amygurumy’s amigurumi!
The amigurumi power of cuteness is finally back! I wanted to show you these for a while now, ever since I started my blog in January in fact. As I already told you multiple times, I started this blog because I met another crocheting artist at the Toulouse Game Show: Amygurumy Land – and these are her patterns.
So, first, the cute little porings 🙂 Porings are creatures from the MMORPG Ragnarok Online 2, and they exist in multiple forms, and these two are the Angeling&Deviling (you can get the free pdf – in French – on Amygurumy’s blog).
- First, the Angeling. I used a size 3mm hook and cotton yarn – and I do love that pink because when you look closely the inside of the yarn is just a shade darker than the outside. Anyway, the wings were kind of a pain to make identical – I didn’t manage to turn the work around to make them opposites somehow, so for the second wing I just did the wing pattern in reverse (instead of going from the long to the short part I made the short part first). Anyway, I think it worked out fine in the end 😉
- And the Deviling was also made with a size 3mm hook, but this is wool/acrylic yarn (I have a lot of those, I don’t have much cotton that is bigger than size 2mm). I makes the result a bit fuzzier, but I like it 😛 Here the wings don’t look like Amygurumy’s at all, and I don’t get it because I’m sure I followed the pattern… But they look cool anyway so I won’t complain 😛
And then there is Eevee! Pokemon just celebrated its 20th birthday, can you imagine? I kinda feel old now XD Anyway, this magnificent Eevee pattern (French) can be bought at Amygurumy’s shop. Again, I used a 3mm hook and wool/acrylic yarn. And as for the ‘fur’, I cut and divided my white cream-coloured yarn, and brushed it with a comb to just get the wool(/acrylic) – and then I had to wait two weeks for my felting needles 😥 – and I felted them on the body 🙂 I really love the result 😀

Les amigurumi d’Amygurumy !
Le pouvoir amigurumi de mignonitude est de retour ! Je voulais vous les montrer depuis un moment maintenant, depuis que j’ai commencé mon blog en janvier en fait. Comme je vous l’ai déjà raconté à plusieurs reprises, j’ai commencé ce blog grâce à ma rencontre avec une autre artiste crocheteuse au Toulouse Game Show : Amygurumy Land – et ce sont ses modèles.
Donc d’abord, les mignons petits porings 🙂 Les Porings sont des créatures du MMORPG Ragnarok Online 2, il en existe de multiples variantes, et ces deux-ci sont les Angeling&Deviling (vous pouvez récupérer le pdf gratuit sur le blog d’Amygurumy).
- D’abord, l’Angeling. J’ai utilisé un crochet 3mm et du fil de coton – et j’adore ce rose parce que quand on le regarde de plus près on remarque que l’intérieur du fil est d’un ton légèrement plus foncé que l’extérieur. Enfin, les ailes étaient difficiles à rendre identiques – je n’arrivais pas pour une raison quelconque à retourner le travail pour avoir des ailes opposées, donc pour la deuxième aile j’ai juste fait le patron à l’envers (au lieu de partir de la partie longue vers la courte j’ai commencé par la courte). Peu importe, je crois que ça a bien marché en fin de compte 😉
- Et le Deviling a aussi été fait avec un crochet 3mm, mais c’est du fil laine/acrylique (j’en ai beaucoup, j’ai en fait très peu de fil de coton de plus de 2mm). Ça rend le résultat un peu plus pelucheux, mais j’aime bien 😛 Ici les ailes ne ressemblent pas du tout à celles d’Amygurumy, chose que je ne comprends pas parce que je suis sûre d’avoir suivi le patron… Mais elles ont l’air cool quand même donc je ne me plains pas 😛
Et après il y a Évoli ! Pokémon vient de célébrer son 20ème anniversaire, vous imaginez ? Je me sens un peu vieille maintenant XD Enfin, ce magnifique patron d’Évoli peut être acheté dans la boutique d’Amygurumy. J’ai de nouveau utilisé mon crochet 3mm et mon fil laine/acrylique. Et pour la “fourrure”, j’ai coupé et divisé mon fil blanc crème, et je l’ai brossé avec un peigne pour qu’il ne reste que de la laine(/acrylique) – puis j’ai du attendre deux semaines pour avoir mes aiguilles à feutrer 😥 – et je l’ai feutrée au corps 🙂 Et j’adore le résultat 😀
